A Hotel Indigo Holiday

If you follow me on Instagram, I’m sure you saw my many snaps and stories from my autumn trip to Asheville. This mountain town had been on my list for years, so when it finally came time, I wanted to do it right. Everywhere I looked in my research, I kept hearing that Hotel Indigo was the place to stay. After my visit, I have to say I agree! Take a peek inside this gorgeous boutique hotel below.

Immediately upon arrival, my initial favorite part was the location of the hotel. It’s right in the middle of everything, so you’re within easy walking distance to the incredible restaurants, breweries, and art galleries scattered around Downtown Asheville. It was SO convenient being able to walk to dinner, home from drinks & dessert, and then out for a quick donut run the next morning. But before any of that, having a glass of wine on the patio was #1 on my to-do list (true to form). Did I mention this place has it all?

The next morning, I was able to really take in the beautiful suite. It was so cozy and chic, and I could not get enough of the view from my enormous windows. The mountains, the old downtown buildings, and the fall foliage made for a seriously sweet wake-up call!

After grabbing a cup of local coffee and an omelette from oneFIFTYone Boutique Bar & Kitchen downstairs, it was back up to the room to take full advantage of the spa level shower. If you were following along on my insta story, you may recall that this walk-in shower was honestly bigger than my entire kitchen in back in DC. The cherry on top was that Hotel Indigo carries Aveda bath products, and their rosemary mint scent is one of my all-time favorites! You better bet that I went full Ross Geller and brought those bad boys home with me.

When I was finished with my mini spa day, I crawled back in bed for a little R&R before a day of exploring the city. Sometimes you just need to kick back in a king-size bed, turn on Bravo, and eat half a dozen donuts, am I right?

A huge thank you to Hotel Indigo for having me! Not only can I not wait for my next stay at this location, but also to explore the numerous others all over the world. Until next time!
